  3. Opening and Filling of Nominations – Monday, 21st to Friday, 25th July 2025

  4. Departmental Vetting – Wednesday, 30th July to Thursday, 31st July 2025
    A process to ensure candidates are qualified and prepared to serve.

  5. JCRC and GNATOC Vetting – Friday, 1st to Saturday, 2nd August 2025

  6. SRC and NUGS Vetting – Tuesday, 5th to Friday, 8th August 2025

  7. Declaration of Vetting Results – Saturday, 9th August 2025

  8. Lifting of Main Ban (Second Ban) – Sunday, 10th August 2025
